Apartments 2 + 3

Apartments 2 and 3 are currently in need of renovation. Apartment 2 is on the ground floor sporting an arched window door. Inside it has a living room, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, covering an overall area of some 80 m².

Apartment 3, which sits on top, is accessible via external staircase. To change it from the current purpose as a storage area the roof will be lifted by some 50 cm and 3 dormers will be inserted, through which the residents will have a magnificent view over the valley. Apartment 3 has roughy 60 m² of living space.

It would also be possible to connect both apartments through an internal staircase thus turning them into a holiday home of considerable size.
