The annex building holds 5 units with one or two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room with fireplace. Two of the units are currently in need of renovation, and one is reserved for private use. Which at this time leaves apartments 4 and 5 open for rental. We are currently looking for funding or investment to complete the renovation of apartments 2 and 3.
